Question is taken up of introducing cold air to enclosures in such way as to prevent drafts; necessary readjustment of body heat controls in passing from outdoors to indoors and vice versa should be minimum commensurate with suitable comfort contrasts. (Abstract) (See also Am. Soc. Heating and Vent. Engrs -- Jl vol. 35, no. 2, Feb. 1929 pp. 81-84; see also discussions and closure in no. 4, Apr. 1929, pp. 267-272)
