The invention relates to a forming method of a high-strength bridge concrete prefabricated part. A forming device of the high-strength bridge concrete prefabricated part is adopted, and the device comprises a mounting frame, support legs, vibration mechanisms, smoothing mechanisms, vibration sliding rods, telescopic rods, a vibration rack, horizontal rods, vertical rods, inclined rods and a building box. According to the forming device of high-strength bridge concrete prefabricated part disclosed by the invention, the following problems can be solved: in a forming process of the high-strength bridge concrete prefabricated part, the interior of a bridge beam steel structure is difficult to be fully filled with the high-strength concrete, so that the safety and the service life of the bridge concrete prefabricated part are reduced because of formation of a hollow cavity, multi-station synchronous smoothing and compaction operations on concrete residue stones bulged at the bottom and on the side walls of the bridge concrete prefabricated part are difficultly carried out, the labor intensity of surface precision processing for later-period workers is increased, and the operation efficiency of preparation of the high-strength bridge concrete prefabricated part is further reduced.
本发明涉及一种高强度桥梁混凝土预制件成型方法,其使用了一种高强度桥梁混凝土预制件成型装置,该装置包括安装架、支撑脚、振动机构、抚平机构、振动滑杆、伸缩杆、振动架、横杆、竖杆、斜杆和筑造箱,本发明可解决在进行高强度桥梁混凝土预制件成型过程中,难以使高强度混凝土充分填充到桥梁钢结构的内部,避免形成空腔造成桥梁混凝土预制件的安全性及使用寿命下降,也难以对桥梁混凝土预制件的底部及侧壁上突起的混凝土渣石进行多工位的同步抚平压实作业,减少后期工人进行表面精处理作业的劳动强度,进一步提升高强度桥梁混凝土预制件制备作业的作业效率等问题。
