The invention discloses a puzzle type hard floor with customized patterns and a preparation method and an application thereof. The puzzle type hard floor is divided into two situations that one is an overall pattern customized puzzle, the patterns determined by a client are adjusted to the required actual size, then the patterns are split to image data of the unit floor size, and numbering is conducted; and the other type is a square continuous pattern customized jigsaw puzzle, and each unit floor has the same pattern and does not need to be numbered. According to the invention, the technical difficulty of adhesion of a PVC wear-resistant layer of a pattern customized floor in the prior art is solved, the spliced pattern floor with any pattern and size can be manufactured, the monotonous color and texture of the previous SPC stone crystal floor are changed, the aesthetic property and the application range of the SPC stone crystal floor are effectively increased, and the method has the advantages of high production efficiency and stable process, therefore, the content, the color and the size of the floor pattern are not limited, and the design range of indoor decoration materials is expanded.
