Sulfate-resistant low-alkali Portland cement and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of cement manufacturing, in particular to sulfate-resistant low-alkali Portland cement and a preparation method thereof, and the sulfate-resistant low-alkali Portland cement comprises the following raw materials by mass: 12-13% of ceramic soil residue; 3.5%-4% of copper slag; 3%-4% of silicon powder; and 80%-82% of carbide slag. The raw materials are dried, ground and calcined to obtain the sulfate-resistant low-alkali Portland cement. According to the sulfate-resistant low-alkali Portland cement and the preparation method thereof, effective utilization of the carbide slag is achieved, and a large number of resources are saved. The carbide slag is mainly composed of calcium hydroxide, does not produce CO2 during calcination, is easy to calcine, has low energy consumption and low production cost, avoids resource waste and environmental pollution, and is low-carbon and environment-friendly. The produced clinker and cement are high in strength and stable in quality, and the best effect is achieved.
