The invention discloses impermeable anti-dry-shrinkage highly-homogeneous self-compacting concrete and a preparation process thereof. The impermeable anti-dry-shrinkage high-homogeneity self-compacting concrete is prepared from the following components: 80 to 100 parts of cement, 10 to 15 parts of wood fiber, 20 to 32 parts of aggregate, 5 to 15 parts of sodium carbonate, 15 to 22 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 71 to 93 parts of yellow phosphorus slag, 20 to 43 parts of sand, 5 to 8 parts of expanded vermiculite, 1.5 to 2.7 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.8 to 2.6 parts of straw fiber, 10 to 24 parts of water and 3.5 to 5.5 parts of an auxiliary agent, wherein the aggregate adopts broken stones with particle sizes in a range of 5 mm-25 mm. According to the invention, the prepared concrete has characteristics of good fluidity, good adhesion, and improved separation resistance, crack resistance, tensile strength, self-filling property, gap passing ability, durability, fire resistance and volume stability, so the prepared concrete is suitable for the continuous concrete pouring in large-area and large-span buildings; and the self-compaction characteristics of the concrete are improved, so gaps in the concrete can be reduced, and the uniformity and the structural strength of the concrete are improved.
本发明公开了一种抗渗防干缩高均质自密实混凝土及其制备工艺,所述抗渗防干缩高均质自密实混凝土的组成包括:水泥80‑100份、木纤维10‑15份、骨料20‑32份、纯碱5‑15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素15‑22份、黄磷矿渣71‑93份、砂20‑43份、膨胀蛭石5‑8份、减水剂1.5‑2.7份、秸秆纤维0.8‑2.6份、水10‑24份、助剂3.5‑5.5份;所述骨料采用粒径为5mm‑25mm的碎石。本发明中,制得的混凝土具有良好的流动性和粘结性,并且抗离析性、抗裂性、抗拉性、自填充性、间隙通过性、耐久性、耐火性、体积稳定性均得到了提高,进而适合在大面积、大跨度的的建筑中进行混凝土的连续浇筑,通过提高混凝土的自密实特性,有助于减小混凝土中的空隙,提高混凝土的均匀性和结构强度。
