The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking aluminum sulfate as an aluminum source, urea as a precipitator and methyl amyl alcohol as a dispersing agent, preparing superfine spherical aluminum oxide with the particle size of 200nm, high dispersity and good spherical roundness through an auxiliary homogeneous precipitation method, then preparing porous silicon carbide, adhering tetraethoxysilane into the porous silicon carbide, and performing packaging with paraffin to prepare a self-made dense filler. The two self-made additives are used for improving the compactness and the impermeability of the final concrete material, and the concrete has a wide application prospect.
本发明涉及一种抗渗自密实混凝土及其制备方法,属于混凝土制备技术领域。本发明先以硫酸铝为铝源,尿素为沉淀剂,甲基戊醇为分散剂,通过辅助均匀沉淀法制得粒径为200nm,分散性高,球形圆度好的超细球形氧化铝,再制备出多孔碳化硅,并在里面附着正硅酸乙酯,用石蜡封装,制得自制密实填充剂,用两种自制添加剂来改善最终混凝土材料的密实性和抗渗性能,具有广阔的应用前景。
