Complex-formula silicon nitride powder as well as preparation method and preparation device thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of complex-formula silicon nitride powder, the complex-formula silicon nitride powder prepared by using the preparation method and a preparation device of the complex-formula silicon nitride powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, adding silicon tetrachloride, a diluent and a sintering aid into a reaction kettle, and conducting mixing to form uniformly mixed slurry; 2, slowly introducing ammonia gas into the reaction kettle for a reaction until the concentration of a solid phase in the slurry reaches a first concentration; 3, conveying slurry obtained by the reaction to a solid-liquid separation device for solid-liquid separation; and 4, transferring a separated solid phase into a sintering furnace, and decomposing and calcining the solid phase to obtain the complex-formula silicon nitride powder. According to the preparation method, refining and grinding are not needed, and introduction of impurities is reduced.
本发明提供了一种氮化硅复合配方粉的制备方法、由该制备方法制备的氮化硅复合配方粉及其制备装置。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:步骤1,将四氯化硅、稀释剂、烧结助剂加入反应釜中混合形成均匀混合浆料;步骤2,向反应釜缓慢通入氨气进行反应,直到浆料中固相的浓度达到第一浓度为止;步骤3,将反应所得浆料输送至固液分离装置进行固液分离;以及步骤4,将分离后的固相转入烧结炉中进行分解煅烧,获得氮化硅复合配方粉。本发明的制备方法无需细化研磨,减少了杂质引入。
