Environment-friendly polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly water reducing agents and preparation methods thereof, in particular to an environment-friendly polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The environment-friendly polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises the following raw materials: 70-90 parts of polyether macromonomers, 10-20 parts of unsaturated sulfonic acid, 20-30 parts of organic acid anhydride, 3-5 parts of an initiator, 1-5 parts of an oxidizing agent, 3-10 parts of a sulfonating agent, 1-3 parts of a molecular weight regulator and 80-120 parts of purified water. A preparation method for the polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the polyether macromonomers, the oxidizing agent and the purified water at room temperature, conducting heating, dropwise adding the other raw materials, keeping the temperature after dropwise adding is completed, adjusting a pH value, concentrating liquid, and conducting spray-drying. The environment-friendly polycarboxylate superplasticizer solves the problem that polycarboxylate superplasticizers in the prior art cannot have high water-reducing rate and good adaptability at the same time; and the polyether macromonomers, the unsaturated sulfonic acid and the organic acid anhydride are mixed to serve as a polymeric monomer so as to form the ether type polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and the ether type polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the advantages of being simple in preparation process, high in water reducing rate and good in slump retaining property.
本发明涉及环保减水剂及其制备方法技术领域,特别是涉及一种绿色环保的聚羧酸减水剂,包括如下原料:70~90份的聚醚大单体,10~20份的不饱和磺酸,20~30份的有机酸酐,3~5份的引发剂,1~5份的氧化剂,3~10份的磺化剂,1~3份的分子量调节剂,80~120份的纯化水。制备方法为将聚醚大单体、氧化剂和纯化水在室温下搅拌均匀,升温后滴加其余原料,滴加完成后保温,调节pH,将液体浓缩后喷雾干燥,即得。本发明解决现有技术中聚羧酸减水剂不能兼具减水率高和适应性好的问题;通过将聚醚大单体、不饱和磺酸和有机酸酐混合作为聚合单体形成一种醚型聚羧酸减水剂,其具有制备工艺简单、减水率高以及保坍性较好的优点。
