The method has the main characteristics of environmental protection and high efficiency, and the performance is improved by introducing cross-linked modified acrylic acid and optimizing the acid-alcohol ratio. The synthesis method comprises the following specific synthesis steps: dissolving raw materials, mixing monomers, dissolving an initiator and a reducing agent, carrying out a reaction, adding a catalyst, finishing the reaction and purifying a product.
