The embodiment of the invention provides a reinforced foam concrete roadbed structure and a roadbed filling method, and relates to the technical field of road building.The reinforced foam concrete roadbed structure comprises a roadbed filling layer and protective fences located on the two sides of the roadbed filling layer, and a roadbed filling groove is formed between the two protective fences. The roadbed filling layer comprises a foam concrete layer located at the bottom of the roadbed filling groove, and multiple layers of first glass fiber grids are embedded in the foam concrete layer so that the shear resistance and crack resistance of the foam concrete layer can be improved. The multiple layers of first glass fiber grids are embedded in the foam concrete layer, the shear resistance and the crack resistance of the foam concrete layer can be improved, meanwhile, the glass fiber grids are good in corrosion resistance and low in manufacturing cost, the roadbed filling cost is greatly reduced, and the corrosion resistance of a roadbed is improved. Meanwhile, an automatic water circulation cooling system is arranged in the foam concrete layer, the internal temperature of the concrete in the foam concrete pouring process is reduced, and therefore the situation that the performance of the concrete is reduced due to the too high internal temperature of the concrete is avoided.
