Straddle type monorail continuous steel structure PC track beam adjusting device and adjusting method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of straddle type monorail traffic track beams, in particular to a straddle type monorail continuous steel structure PC track beam adjusting device and an adjusting method thereof. The device comprises a pier; a steel pipe spherical hinge support which is fixedly arranged at the top of the pier; a pre-buried supporting block; and an inclined supporting adjusting rod, wherein one end of the inclined supporting adjusting rod is connected with the PC track beam, the other end of the inclined supporting adjusting rod is connected with the pier, and the inclined supporting adjusting rod can extend or retract to adjust the inclination angle of the PC track beam relative to the pier. The steel pipe spherical hinge support capable of enabling the end of the PC track beam to be rotationally connected to the bridge pier is arranged at the joint of the bridge pier and the end of the PC track beam, and the included angle between the bridge pier and the PC track beam is adjusted through the oblique supporting adjusting rod, so that the inclination angle of the PC track beam can be freely adjusted before the post-pouring section construction of a rigid frame system, namely the PC track beam. The difficulty of linear adjustment of the rigid frame system before construction of the post-pouring section is greatly reduced.
