The track beam composite structure comprises a steel structure longitudinal beam and a prefabricated track beam, transverse partition plates are arranged on the two sides of the steel structure longitudinal beam, and the prefabricated track beam and the transverse partition plates are connected through connecting pieces; the prefabricated track beam is of a horseshoe-shaped structure and is internally provided with a slotted hole with a hollow middle part; the track beam is simple in structure and reasonable in design, the rigidity of the prefabricated track beam can be improved, the arrangement space of the longitudinal prestressed steel beams of the bottom plate can be increased, the widened part and the web are provided with chamfers for transition, stress concentration of the prefabricated track beam is reduced, and the problems that a straddle type monorail track beam is insufficient in transverse rigidity and poor in rigidity are solved. The driving comfort is influenced; and the investment cost of an evacuation platform is reduced.
本发明公开了一种适用于跨座式单轨的轨道梁组合结构,包括钢结构纵梁和预制轨道梁,所述钢结构纵梁的两侧均设置有横隔板,所述预制轨道梁与横隔板之间通过设置连接件连接,所述预制轨道梁为马蹄形结构且内部设中间挖空的长圆孔;本发明结构简单,设计合理,能够提高预制轨道梁的刚度,又能够增加底板纵向预应力钢束的布束空间,加宽部分与腹板设置倒角过度,减少预制轨道梁应力集中,解决跨座式单轨轨道梁横向刚度不足,影响行车舒适度及减少疏散平台投资费用高等问题。
