Reverse lifting system and method for dismantling bailey beam support
The invention discloses a reverse lifting system and method for dismantling a bailey beam support. The system comprises a reverse lifting device and a monitoring device connected with the reverse lifting device, the reverse lifting device comprises at least two reverse lifting mechanisms which are the same in structure and are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of a simply-supported box girder, each reverse lifting mechanism comprises a reverse lifting beam, a counter-force frame, a loading beam and a hydraulic jack, and each reverse lifting beam, the simply-supported box girder, each loading beam and each counter-force frame are connected through lifting rods. The method comprises the steps of 1 mounting and adjusting the counter-force frames, the hydraulic jacks and the loading beams; 2 mounting lifting rods and the reverse lifting beams; 3 dismounting sand cylinders and steel pipe columns; ad 4 falling the bailey beam support. The system is simple in structure, the levelness of the bailey beam support in the falling process can be improved, the falling speed and safety of the bailey beam support can be improved, the construction period can be shortened, and the construction cost can be saved.
