Comprising a first winch, a second winch and a third winch; the first winch is arranged on the left side of the box girder. The steel wire rope is connected to the left end of the bailey beam. The second winch is arranged on the right side of the box girder. The steel wire rope is connected to the right end of the bailey beam. The third winch is arranged on the box girder, and the steel wire rope bypasses the right side of the box girder and then is connected to the left end of the bailey beam. The first winch and the second winch are arranged on the box girder to serve as stable structures to be connected with the left end and the right end of the bailey beam, the third winch is used for driving the bailey beam to move, and the problem that the bailey beam is difficult to directly hoist and dismantle through a truck crane in the narrow space of the overpass existing line is solved.
