The invention provides a construction method of a fabricated bridge swivel without supporting legs and sandboxes. The construction method comprises the following steps of prefabricating a structure needed by the device in a factory; pouring the lower turntable and the upper turntable by using concrete; welding temporary locking profile steel between the steel bars extending out of the top of the lower rotary disc and the outer-layer steel mold; pouring a pier column on the top of the upper turntable and constructing an upper beam body; starting to rotate the beam body, and cutting off the temporary locking profile steel when the beam body starts to rotate; and after rotation is in place, the temporary locking profile steel needs to be welded again, exposed steel bars preset in the lower rotating disc and the upper rotating disc are welded, then grouting is conducted in a gap between the outer-layer steel mold and the inner-layer steel mold, post-pouring concrete is poured, and bridge rotation construction is completed. By the adoption of the construction method, the structural system is simple to convert, and only rotary locking, rotary unlocking and overall consolidation are adopted. The vertical load is always supported by the spherical hinge and the slide way, and the stress form is clear. And unstable multi-point support with continuously changing support points is changed into surface support with stable safety insurance, so that the stability is good during rotation.
