The invention relates to an electric power construction safety warning device which comprises a base, two stand columns are arranged on the base in a relative sliding mode, sliding grooves are formed in the base in the sliding directions of the stand columns, the lower ends of the stand columns extend into the sliding grooves, and the two stand columns are arranged in the sliding grooves in a relative sliding mode. Clamping grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the two stand columns respectively, a warning board is arranged between the two stand columns and inserted into the clamping grooves, and a fixing mechanism used for keeping the stand columns in a fixed state after sliding is arranged between the stand columns and the base. The warning board fixing and clamping device has the effect that warning boards of different sizes can be conveniently and fixedly clamped and installed.
