The oil-electricity hybrid drilling and punching integrated pile driver comprises a base; a diesel engine, a first gearbox, a sliding winch, a motor, a small water pump, a large water pump, a second gearbox and a large arm are sequentially and fixedly arranged on the base from left to right; the outer wall of an output shaft of the diesel engine is fixedly sleeved with a first belt wheel, a second belt wheel and a third belt wheel; and the outer wall of an input shaft of the first gearbox is fixedly sleeved with a fourth belt wheel. The oil-electricity hybrid drilling and punching integrated pile driver has the beneficial effects that drilling equipment and pile driving equipment can be organically combined together, and therefore drilling and pile driving work can be completed on the same equipment, and the work efficiency can be greatly improved; and two different power sources including the diesel engine and the motor can be adopted for driving, and therefore when one power source cannot work, the other power source can be switched for driving, the pile driver can continue to work, and the situation that the construction progress is slowed down due to damage of one power source is avoided.
