The invention provides a compressed air open caisson suspension excavating device. The problems that the air pressure in an air chamber of a compressed air open caisson is generally high, personnel cannot work in the air chamber for a long time, an excavator capable of working in the air chamber for a long time needs to be developed, the excavator can conveniently and rapidly go in and out of the air chamber, and rock-soil excavation and excavator overhaul in the compressed air open caisson are achieved are solved. The compressed air open caisson suspension excavating device comprises an annular track, an excavating main machine and an overhauling channel. The annular track is mounted below a partition plate and is a combination of a linear track and an arc track or in an arc track form; the excavating main machine can move along the annular track; and the overhauling channel penetrates through the partition plate, vertical conveying devices are mounted in the overhauling channel and at the position where the overhauling channel is connected with the annular track, and the excavating main machine can move in the overhauling channel through the vertical conveying devices.
由于压气沉井的气室内部一般情况下气压较高,人员无法长期在气室内工作,因此需要开发一种能够在气室内长期工作的挖掘机,能够方便快速的出入气室,满足压气沉井中岩土挖掘和挖掘机检修的问题;因此设计一种压气沉井悬吊挖掘装置,包括环行轨道、挖掘主机和检修通道;环行轨道安装在隔板下方,为直线轨道和圆弧轨道组合或为圆弧轨道形式;挖掘主机能够沿环行轨道移动;检修通道穿过隔板,检修通道内和检修通道与环行轨道连接的位置安装有垂直运输装置,挖掘主机能够通过垂直运输装置在检修通道内移动。
