Integrally-assembled column-free underground structure
The invention belongs to the technical field of underground engineering, and particularly relates to an integrally-assembled column-free underground structure. The integrally-assembled column-free underground structure comprises a prefabricated top plate, prefabricated side walls and a prefabricated bottom plate; the two ends of the prefabricated bottom plate are bent to form first vertical connecting parts, and the two ends of the prefabricated top plate are bent to form second vertical connecting parts; the prefabricated side walls are spliced to the first vertical connecting parts at the two ends of the prefabricated bottom plate, and the tops of the two prefabricated side walls are spliced with the second vertical connecting parts at the two ends of the prefabricated top plate correspondingly; and prefabricated components are connected through cast-in-place concrete. According to the integrally-assembled column-free underground structure, the prefabricated components are transported to a construction site and then spliced to form the integrally-assembled structure, part of temporary facilities such as on-site formwork erecting and scaffold erecting can be omitted, the construction period is shortened, and the production efficiency and the building quality are improved; and cast-in-place wet joints are adopted in joint areas of the prefabricated components, and the integrity of the assembled underground structure is good.
本发明属于地下工程技术领域,具体涉及一种整体装配无柱地下结构,包括预制顶板、预制侧墙和预制底板;所述预制底板的两端均弯折形成第一竖直连接部,所述预制顶板的两端均弯折形成第二竖直连接部;所述预制底板两端的第一竖直连接部上均拼接有预制侧墙,且两块预制侧墙的顶部分别与所述预制顶板两端的第二竖直连接部拼接;预制构件与预制构件之间通过现浇混凝土连接。本发明通过将预制构件运至施工现场后拼装形成整体装配结构,可以免去部分现场支模、架设脚手架等临时设施,节省工期,提高生产效率及建筑质量;且预制构件与预制构件的节点区均采用现浇“湿节点”,装配式地下结构的整体性好。
