The invention discloses a UHPC-NC integrally-combined open-cut assembled integral underground station structure and a construction method. UHPC rib plates are arranged in a connecting area of a prefabricated wall, and a prefabricated horizontal plate is formed by combining a UHPC bottom plate and common concrete; the cast-in-place bottom plate and the second prefabricated wall are connected through U-shaped buckles with steel bars extending out; the prefabricated wall is connected with the prefabricated middle plate and the prefabricated top plate through U-shaped buckles, and angular dampers are arranged according to the anti-seismic requirement; the prefabricated columns are rigidly connected with the cast-in-place bottom plate, and the prefabricated longitudinal beams are fixed on the prefabricated columns; the prefabricated longitudinal beam is provided with symmetrical concrete brackets, and the prefabricated middle plate and the prefabricated top plate are in lap joint with the prefabricated longitudinal beam brackets. Through the ultra-high performance of the UHPC, the structural performance of the component and the joint is enhanced, the thickness of the wall and the horizontal plate is reduced, the weight of the prefabricated component is reduced, meanwhile, the use amount of the UHPC is reduced, and the cost is reduced; and the construction tolerance is high, and rapid and efficient construction without formworks and few supports is achieved.
本发明公开了一种UHPC‑NC整体组合明挖装配整体式地下车站结构及建造方法,预制墙在连接区域设置UHPC肋板,预制水平板采用UHPC底板与普通混凝土结合形式;现浇底板与墙第二预制墙的连接采用钢筋伸出的U型环扣;预制墙与预制中板、预制顶板之间的连接同样采用的U型环扣连接,并根据抗震需要设置角形阻尼器;预制柱与现浇底板刚接,并在其上固定预制纵梁;预制纵梁设有对称的混凝土牛腿,预制中板和预制顶板搭接在预制纵梁牛腿上。本发明通过UHPC的超高性能,增强构件和节点的结构性能,减小墙、水平板的厚度,降低预制构件重量,同时减小UHPC用量,降低成本;施工容差性高,实现无模板、少支架的快速高效施工。
