Jacking deviation rectifying construction method based on underpinned pile
The jacking deviation rectifying construction method comprises the following steps that a pile hole is formed in a foundation of a building, a pile is formed below the building through the pile hole, the top of the pile penetrates through the foundation and extends to the position above the foundation, and a pile body of the pile does not make contact with the foundation; a jack and a counter-force beam are sequentially installed at the top of the pile, the counter-force beam is fixedly connected with the foundation through an anchor rod, and the counter-force beam transfers the load of the foundation to the pile through the jack; the counter-force beam is lifted through the jack, so that the foundation is lifted to the expected height; and after deviation rectification of the building is completed, the foundation and the piles are connected into a whole, meanwhile, the foundation is grouted and filled, and then the jacks and the counter-force beams are removed. According to the construction method, broken walls and broken columns of the first floor of the building are not needed, underpinning of a jacking system is not needed either, an upper structure is not damaged, and the clear height of the first floor is not different from that before deviation correction.
