The municipal pipeline dredging robot comprises a main shell assembly, a front arm assembly, a rear arm assembly and a rotary dredging assembly; a main shell in the main shell assembly is a functional structure foundation; the front arm assembly is arranged at the front end of the main shell; a plurality of groups of uniformly distributed front arms are arranged in the front arm assembly; the actions of the plurality of groups of front arms are the same drive; the rear arm assembly is arranged at the rear end of the main shell; a plurality of groups of rear arms which are uniformly distributed are arranged in the rear arm assembly; the actions of the plurality of groups of rear arms are another same drive; the front end of the main shell is further provided with a telescopic cylinder; the telescopic cylinder can conduct dredging and forward jacking actions after the front arms and the rear arms are fixed; and the front end of the telescopic cylinder is further provided with the dredging assembly with the angle capable of being freely converted. The current situation that common dredging equipment can only be used for direct dredging and cannot be used for dredging at an elbow of a pipeline is solved.
