Installation method of prefabricated stair
The invention discloses an installation method of a prefabricated stair. An upper stair beam comprises a first plane, a second plane and a first vertical face, and a lower stair beam comprises a third plane, a fourth plane and a second vertical face. The installation method comprises the following steps of (1) drawing an elevation control line, an X-direction control line and a Y-direction control line; (2) leveling on the second plane so as to form a first leveling layer, and leveling on the fourth plane so as to form a second leveling layer; (3) lifting the prefabricated stair, enabling the upper part of the prefabricated stair to fall on the first leveling layer and the lower part of the prefabricated stair to fall on the second leveling layer; (4) fastening and connecting the upper part of the prefabricated stair with the upper stair beam, and fastening and connecting the lower part of the prefabricated stair with the lower stair beam; and (5) filling the upper parts of the first plane and the third plane according to the elevation control line. All the steps cooperate so as to prevent inclination and displacement during installation of the prefabricated part, guarantee the reliable installation and construction quality of the prefabricated part, guarantee structural safety and avoid hidden dangers.
