The invention discloses a detachable prefabricated stair and a production and installation method thereof. The stair comprises a stair plate and a step structure which are separated, wherein at leasttwo bolt holes are reserved in the plate surface of the stair plate; angle steel is arranged at the bottom of the step structure; the angle steel is fixed on the stair plate through bolts arranged inthe bolt holes; and the step structure is clamped in the angle steel along the plate surface of the stair plate. The stair plate and the step structure are prefabricated separately, so that the use amount of a mold is greatly reduced, the use turnover frequency of the mold is increased, and the use cost of the mold is greatly reduced; and due to the fact that the step structure has a detachable function, in the later use process, even if the step structure is damaged, the step structure can be replaced in a targeted mode, the whole stair cannot be affected, and the later maintenance cost of the stair can be saved.
本发明公开一种可拆卸预制楼梯及其生产安装方法，所述楼梯包括分离式的梯板和踏步结构，梯板的板面上预留有至少两个螺栓孔，踏步结构的底部设置有角钢，角钢通过设置在所述螺栓孔内的螺栓固定在梯板上，踏步结构顺着梯板的板面卡设在角钢内；其将梯板和踏步结构分开预制，极大的减少了模具的使用量，提高了模具的使用周转次数，大大降低了模具的使用成本；且由于踏步结构具有可拆卸功能，因此以后使用过程中，即使踏步结构有损坏，也可以对其有针对性的进行替换，不会对整个楼梯造成影响，也能够节省楼梯的后期维护成本。
