Prefabricated floor slab mounting node and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated floor slab mounting node. The mounting node comprises a prefabricated beam, a first prefabricated floor slab and a second prefabricated floor slab which are sequentially spliced, one side of the first prefabricated floor slab is in lap joint with one side of the prefabricated beam, the other side of the first prefabricated floor slab is tightly spliced with the second prefabricated floor slab, and the first prefabricated floor slab and the second prefabricated floor slab are the same in structure. The first prefabricated floor slab comprises a concrete slab surface, reinforcing steel bars in concrete and a plurality of extending reinforcing steel bars perpendicular to the concrete slab surface, and the extending reinforcing steel bars are distributed on the two sides of the concrete slab surface. Open stirrups are arranged at the top end of the prefabricated beam, the open stirrups are connected with the extending reinforcing steel bars adjacent to the open stirrups through first reinforcing steel bar grids, and the two rows of extending reinforcing steel bars between the first prefabricated floor slab and the second prefabricated floor slab are connected through second reinforcing steel bar grids. According to the prefabricated floor slab mounting node, the integrity and safety of a building are improved, and meanwhile the difficulty of front end manufacturing and rear end assembling can be reduced. In addition, the invention further provides a construction method of the prefabricated floor slab mounting node.
本发明公开了一种预制楼板安装节点,包括依次拼接的预制梁、第一预制楼板和第二预制楼板,第一预制楼板的一侧搭接在预制梁的一侧,第一预制楼板的另一侧与第二预制楼板紧密拼接,第一预制楼板和第二预制楼板的结构相同;第一预制楼板包括混凝土板面、混凝土内的钢筋以及垂直于混凝土板面的伸出钢筋,伸出钢筋为多根,且分布在所述混凝土板面的两侧;预制梁的顶端设有开口箍筋,开口箍筋与与其相邻的伸出钢筋由第一钢筋网格相连,第一预制楼板和第二预制楼板之间的两排伸出钢筋由第二钢筋网格相连。该预制楼板安装节点提高了建筑的整体性和安全性,同时还能减小前端制造和后端装配的难度。另外,本发明还提供了该预制楼板安装节点的施工方法。
