Modular concrete elevator shaft with balcony and construction method
The invention provides a modular concrete elevator shaft with a balcony and a construction method. The shaft is assembled on a foundation cushion layer and a foundation raft which are poured on site, and comprises a foundation section module combination, a first-layer section module combination, a standard section module combination and a top-layer section module combination from bottom to top; each module combination comprises a left entrance balcony module, an elevator shaft module and a right entrance balcony module, and each module is a reinforced concrete prefabricated part; each elevator shaft module at least comprises a shaft room used for installing an elevator, and the shaft rooms of all the modules are spliced and communicated up and down to form a complete elevator shaft; the upper end faces and the lower end faces of the module combinations are combined and fixed through positioning key bolts; and wall splicing between the modules contained in the module combinations is connected and fixed through embedded parts and connecting pieces. The modular concrete elevator shaft with the balcony and the construction method have the beneficial technical effects that flat-layer entrance is achieved, construction potential safety hazards are reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
