The invention provides a rolling brush device. The rolling brush device comprises a roller, a bracket, a support plate assembly, a grip and a plurality of extension rods, wherein brush cloth sleeves the peripheral surface of the roller, two parallel support rods are arranged on the bracket, and both ends of the roller are rotatably connected to the two support rods respectively; the support plate assembly is rotatably connected to the bracket and comprises an arc-shaped support plate, the arc-shaped support plate is located below the roller and can rotate around the axis of the roller, and the concave surface of the arc-shaped support plate faces the roller and extends in the direction parallel to the axis of the roller; the grip is fixed to the bracket, and a first threaded hole is formed in the bottom of the grip; a threaded head is arranged on one end of each extension rod, a second threaded hole is formed in the other end of each extension rod, and the threaded head can be matched with the first threaded hole or the second threaded hole; and as the brushing angle of the rolling brush device changes, the arc-shaped support plate is always located below the roller and is used for supporting and collecting paint falling from the roller or a ceiling, so that the paint is prevented from staining the ground.
