The invention provides a control method and device for a cleaning rolling brush and the cleaning rolling brush. The cleaning rolling brush is provided with a brush head. The method comprises steps of the current working condition information of the cleaning rolling brush being recognized; determining a target rotation direction corresponding to the working condition information; and controlling the brush head to rotate in the target rotation direction so as to execute cleaning operation. According to the cleaning rolling brush, the rotating direction of the rolling brush can be correspondingly adjusted in a self-adaptive mode in combination with the cleaning operation working conditions so as to adapt to different cleaning operation working conditions, targeted cleaning is achieved, the cleaning capacity and efficiency are effectively improved, and the cleaning effect is improved.
