The invention discloses a green energy-saving building steel structure. The green energy-saving building steel structure comprises steel pipes, wherein the steel pipes are connected with one another through a plurality of groups of connecting devices to form a scaffold; each connecting device comprises a mounting seat which is detachably arranged on the corresponding vertically placed steel pipe; and each mounting seat is fixed on the corresponding steel pipe through bolts. Bamboo boards on most scaffolds are replaced by stabilizing boards, the stabilizing boards can be erected on the steel pipes of the scaffold stably, safety of constructors is guaranteed, meanwhile, consumption of the bamboo boards can be reduced, and a green and environment-friendly effect is achieved; a first moving groove which communicates with an upper channel and a lower channel is further formed in each stabilizing board, the constructors can move up and down in the first moving grooves, and the circumstance that the constructors move from a safety channel to waste time is avoided; and a solar power generation board is further arranged on each stabilizing board, when the sun is available, power can be generated, power is provided for a construction site, and the purpose of saving energy is achieved.
