The supporting transverse frames rotate around the adjusting mechanism by adjusting the control mechanism so that the included angle between the two supporting transverse frames can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of avoiding welding, and then the fixing mechanism is adjusted to clamp the cover plate to achieve the purpose of avoiding drilling and fixing.
