The invention discloses a maintenance system for box girder winter construction. The maintenance system comprises an external heating heat preservation structure arranged on the outer side of a box girder, an internal heating heat preservation structure used for heating a box chamber of the box girder, and a temperature measuring system used for detecting the temperature of the box girder in real time; a U-shaped supporting structure is arranged on the outer side of the external heating heat preservation structure; the external heating heat preservation structure is an assembled heat preservation formwork; the cross section of the assembled heat preservation formwork is in a U shape; the assembled heat preservation formwork comprises a bottom formwork arranged at the bottom of the box girder and two side formworks symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom formwork; and the bottom formwork and the side formworks are all heating type heat preservation formworks. The maintenance system is novel and reasonable in design, the box girder is heated and maintained through the internal heating heat preservation structure and the external heating heat preservation structure at the same time, the situation that the temperature difference between the concrete outer surface and the concrete interior of the box girder is too large, and consequently cracks are generated on the concrete surface is effectively avoided, and the forming quality of the box girder during winter construction is guaranteed.
