The invention aims to disclose a cast-in-place ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) combined shielding shell. The cast-in-place ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) combined shielding shell comprises a UHPC layer, a stiff non-dismantling formwork, an RC layer and a back anti-cracking panel; the stiff non-dismantling formwork is arranged between the UHPC layer and the RC layer, and the RC layer is arranged between the UHPC layer and the back anti-cracking panel; and the RC layer and the UHPC layer are connected and fixed with each other through a connecting piece. Compared with the prior art, the cast-in-place ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) combined shielding shell has the advantages that the UHPC layer has high strength and toughness and is not prone to being broken and splashing under high-speed impact, the back anti-cracking panel avoids back scab pieces, the overall stress performance of an impacted part can be well maintained, then damage of impact of a flying object to a main body structure is reduced, and the purpose of the cast-in-place ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) combined shielding shell is achieved.
本发明的目的在于公开一种现浇式超高性能混凝土(UHPC)组合屏蔽壳,它包括UHPC层、劲性免拆模板、RC层和背部防裂面板;所述劲性免拆模板设置于UHPC层与RC层之间,所述RC层设置于UHPC层与背部防裂面板之间;所述RC层与UHPC层之间通过连接件互相连接固定;与现有技术相比,UHPC层具有较高强度和韧性,在高速撞击下不易碎裂、飞溅,背部防裂面板避免了背部出痂片,可以较好地保持受撞击部位的整体受力性能,进而减少了飞射物撞击对主体结构的破坏,实现本发明的目的。
