Semi-fabricated ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) combined shielding shell
The invention aims to disclose a semi-fabricated ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) combined shielding shell. The semi-fabricated ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) combined shielding shell comprises a UHPC layer, an RC layer and a back anti-cracking panel; the RC layer is arranged between the UHPC layer and the back anti-cracking panel; and the RC layer and the UHPC layer are connected with each other through a connecting piece. Compared with the prior art, the semi-fabricated ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) combined shielding shell has the advantages that the UHPC layer replaces a steel plate on the side with the protection requirement, damage is usually limited to the UHPC layer, and main stress steel bars of the RC layer cannot be affected; the size and external cooperation of all components (the UHPC layer, the RC layer and the back anti-cracking panel) of the shielding shell can be flexibly adjusted according to the shape and protection requirement of a building, the rigidity-density ratio can be flexibly adjusted, the thickness of the shielding shell is greatly reduced, the space size of the building is saved, and the engineering cost is reduced; and the shielding shell is suitable for the protection requirement of a flying object of the building, and the purpose of the shielding shell is achieved.
本发明的目的在于公开一种半装配式超高性能混凝土(UHPC)组合屏蔽壳,它包括UHPC层、RC层和背部防裂面板;所述RC层设置于所述UHPC层与所述背部防裂面板之间,所述RC层与所述UHPC层之间通过连接件互相连接;与现有技术相比,在有防护需求一侧以UHPC层替代钢板,破坏通常局限于UHPC层,不会影响RC层主受力钢筋,可根据建筑物形状和防护需求,灵活调整屏蔽壳各组成部分(UHPC、RC和背部防裂面板)的尺寸和外协,可灵活地调整刚度‑密度比,大幅度减小屏蔽壳的厚度,节省建筑物空间尺寸,降低工程造价,适用于建筑物的飞射物防护需求,实现本发明的目的。
