The invention discloses a double-loop drilling and crossing tower for a power transmission line. The double-loop drilling and crossing tower comprises tower legs, a tower body and a tower head which are sequentially connected from bottom to top, the tower head comprises a cross arm, ground wire frames and a crank arm supporting column, the crank arm supporting column is fixedly connected with the tower body, the cross arm is arranged above the crank arm supporting column, the two ground wire frames are arranged on the two sides of the cross arm respectively, the top and the bottom of the cross arm each are uniformly provided with three insulators, each insulator is vertically arranged, a wire hanging point is arranged at the end part, far away from the cross arm, of each insulator, and a ground wire hanging point is arranged at the end part, far away from the cross arm, of each ground wire frame. Therefore, the height of the tower body of the drilling and crossing tower is reduced, the steel consumption is reduced, and the cost is saved on.
