The invention discloses a low-tower-body double-loop drilling and crossing tower. The low-tower-body double-loop drilling and crossing tower comprises tower legs, a tower body and a tower head which are sequentially connected from bottom to top, the tower head comprises a cross arm, ground wire frames, lead frames and a crank arm supporting column, the crank arm supporting column is fixedly connected with the tower body, the cross arm is horizontally arranged above the crank arm supporting column, the number of the ground wire frames and the number of the lead frames are both two, the lead frames are located on the two sides of the top of the cross arm respectively, one ground wire frame is obliquely arranged at the side part of each lead frame, three insulators are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the cross arm, a limiting frame is arranged in the middle of the top of the cross arm, one insulator is correspondingly arranged on the limiting frame, each lead frame is correspondingly provided with one insulator, a lead hanging point is arranged at the end part of each insulator, and the end part of each ground wire frame is provided with a ground wire hanging point. The size of the drilling and crossing tower is reduced, the region application range is greatly widened, and the drilling and crossing difficulty is reduced; and the drilling and crossing tower is simple in structure, tower materials are saved, and the construction cost is reduced.
