The invention discloses multifunctional high-altitude operation equipment which comprises a body and a walking mechanism, the walking mechanism comprises walking mechanical arms and an adsorption mechanism, the body is connected with the multiple walking mechanical arms, and the walking mechanical arms are connected with the adsorption mechanism; the multifunctional high-altitude operation equipment further comprises a first linear driving piece, a cleaning mechanism and a water supply mechanism. The water supply mechanism is installed on the body. An accommodating groove for accommodating the cleaning mechanism is formed in one side, close to the wall surface, of the body; the first linear driving piece is mounted in the accommodating groove; and the cleaning mechanism comprises a first motor, a driving gear, a driven gear ring, a swing shaft, a special-shaped shaft, a second linear driving piece, a cleaning brush head and a second motor. High-altitude cleaning operation is achieved, the operation range is wide, the operation efficiency is high, the device can be suitable for operation of uneven wall surfaces, the application range is widened, and multi-environment operation is achieved.
