The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, raw material preparation: sequentially weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 to 19 parts of sodium methallyl sulfonate, 11 to 15 parts of diethylenetriamine, 6 to 10 parts of graphene oxide, 12 to 16 parts of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether, 8 to 12 parts of itaconic acid, 4 to 8 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 19 to 23 parts of thiohydracrylic acid, 21 to 25 parts of potassium carbonate and 10 to 14 parts of water; S2, preparing of a base solution: adding the sodium methallyl sulfonate, the diethylenetriamine and the water in the S1 into a reaction kettle, and conducting stirring and heating until the sodium methallyl sulfonate, the diethylenetriamine and the water are dissolved to obtain the base solution; and S3, preparing a mixed solution. The preparation steps of the water reducer are simple and convenient, the anti-corrosion and antibacterial properties of the water reducer are effectively improved, the workability of the water reducer is improved, and the slurry backflow phenomenon is not serious.
