Electric loader
The invention discloses an electric loader. A battery cover is rotationally connected with a frame assembly and further connected with a wheel cover arranged at the two sides of a battery through a first connecting assembly, and the battery cover is pushed to be opened upwards in a rotatable manner through the first connecting assembly; and a balance weight arranged at the front side of the battery is fixedly connected with the wheel cover through a bolt connecting piece, the balance weight is further rotationally connected with a frame bottom plate through a second connecting assembly, after the bolt connecting piece is disassembled, the balance weight is downwards opened in a rotatable manner through the second connecting assembly, and the opening degree formed by upward opening of the battery cover and downward rotation of the balance weight is larger than the size of the battery. By means of the electric loader, the balance weight is connected through a quick-change structure, overall assembly of the balance weight is changed into turnover assembly, on one hand, enough disassembly space facilitating operation can be reserved for replacement of the battery, on the other hand, in the battery replacement process, the disassembly steps of the balance weight can be reduced through the assembly manner, and the replacement time and the labor cost of the battery are effectively saved.
本发明公开了一种电动装载机,电池罩与车架总成旋转连接,还通过第一连接组件与设置在电池两侧的车轮罩连接,通过第一连接组件推动电池罩向上方可旋转的打开;设置在电池前侧的配置通过螺栓连接件与车轮罩固定连接,配重还通过第二连接组件与车架底板转动连接,待拆卸螺栓连接件,配重通过第二连接组件向下旋转打开,电池罩向上开启与配重向下转动所形成的开口度大于电池的尺寸。本发明通过快换结构连接配重,将配重的整体装配更改为翻转装配,一方面能够为电池的更换预留足够的便于操作的拆卸空间,另一方面这种装配方式使得电池更换过程中,能够减少配重的拆卸步骤,有效的节省电池的更换时间和人力成本。
