The invention relates to a loader driving control system and an electric loader, and relates to the technical field of pure electric loaders. The loader drive control system comprises a whole vehicle controller, an automatic gearbox controller, a drive motor, an automatic gearbox, a transfer case, a drive axle and a power battery; the whole vehicle controller is electrically connected with the automatic gearbox controller and the driving motor, and the automatic gearbox controller is electrically connected with the automatic gearbox; the drive motor is connected with the automatic gearbox, and the automatic gearbox is connected with the transfer case; and the drive motor transmits movement to the transfer case through the automatic gearbox, and the movement is transmitted to front wheels and rear wheels of the loader through the transfer case. The loader driving control system has the advantages that the comprehensive performance such as the working response speed and the energy consumption of the loader is greatly improved, and the system failure rate can be greatly reduced through sufficient interaction of information of the control system.
