The invention discloses a construction process for laying an HDPE polymer self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material, and relates to the technical field of waterproof construction. The construction process comprises the following steps of base surface cleaning, base layer treatment, joint treatment, coiled material laying and joint treatment. According to the construction process, hot roller extrusion is carried out on each coiled material after laying is completed, so that the phenomenon of hollowing is effectively avoided, and the connection strength between the coiled material and a base layer is guaranteed; and every two adjacent coiled materials are fixed in a lap joint mode, then the connection between the coiled materials is further enhanced in a triple extrusion mode, and the phenomenon of permeation is effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种铺设HDPE高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材的施工工艺,涉及防水施工技术领域。施工工艺包括以下步骤:基面清理‑基层处理‑节点处理‑铺设卷材‑接缝处理,本发明通过在每一幅卷材铺设完成后就对其进行热辊挤压,有效避免了空鼓现象的产生,保证卷材与基层之间的连接强度,且相邻两幅卷材之间采用搭接方式进行固定,之后通过三重挤压的方式进一步加强卷材之间的联系,有效避免了渗透现象的产生。
