Vertically-laid photovoltaic panel-meshing steel plate roof structure
The invention relates to a vertically-laid photovoltaic panel-meshing steel plate roof structure. The vertically-laid photovoltaic panel-meshing steel plate roof structure comprises a ceiling gypsum board and a light steel roof truss with a top mounting face being an inclined slope, wherein meshing steel plates are further laid on the light steel roof truss, the side walls of every two adjacent meshing steel plates are connected in a meshing mode to form steel plate ribs perpendicularly protruding out of the surface of the light steel roof truss; photovoltaic panels are arranged on the meshing steel plates, and the photovoltaic panels are fastened and fixed on the meshing steel plates through nail-free buckles which is clamped on the steel plate ribs. Compared with the prior art, the vertically-laid photovoltaic panel-meshing steel plate roof structure has the advantages that the photovoltaic panels and the meshing steel plates are fixed through nail-free supports, excellent waterproof performance is guaranteed, the vertically-laid photovoltaic panels are hidden between the steel plate ribs, the appearance is attractive and harmonious, installation is easy, convenient and rapid, and cost is effectively saved.
本发明涉及一种竖铺光伏板‑咬合钢板屋面结构,包括吊顶石膏板、以及顶部安装面呈倾斜坡面的轻钢屋架,所述轻钢屋架上还铺设有咬合钢板,相邻两咬合钢板的侧壁相互咬合连接并形成垂直突出轻钢屋架表面的钢板肋,所述咬合钢板上设置有光伏板,所述光伏板通过夹设在所述钢板肋上的无钉卡扣压紧固定在所述咬合钢板上。与现有技术相比,本发明通过无钉支座将光伏板与咬合钢板固定,保证了优良的防水性能,竖铺光伏板隐藏于钢板肋之间,外表美观和谐,安装简便快捷,有效地节约成本。
