The invention relates to the field of building stairs, in particular to a modular assembled shear fork type steel structure outer wall stair and an assembling method thereof. The modular assembled shear fork type steel structure outer wall stair is arranged at the outer side of a high-rise building and comprises a plurality of module units, wherein every two adjacent module units are fixedly connected; each module unit comprises a supporting frame, a first assembly body and a second assembly body; the supporting frame is fixedly connected with the first assembly body and the second assembly body; each of the first assembly body and the second assembly body comprises a through door plate, a connecting stair and a steering plate; and the steering plate of the second assembly body and the steering plate of the first assembly body are located on the same plane. According to the modular assembled shear fork type steel structure outer wall stair and the assembling method, the through door plate, the connecting stair and the steering plate are connected into a whole in the first assembly body and the second assembly body, the influence of errors caused by human factors on installation of a connecting stair is reduced, and the success rate of installation of a steel structure outdoor stair is increased.
