The invention discloses an intelligent door and window with a sunshade function. According to the intelligent door and window with the sunshade function, when the illumination intensity is too high and reaches a rated value, a display screen controller controls a double-shaft motor to work so that two sets of driving rods can rotate at the same time, two sets of rotating shafts can move in the same direction in cooperation with the transmission effect of connecting piece, therefore, a sunshade film wound on the rotating shaft arranged on the left side is unfolded for sunshade, through the two sets of illumination intensity sensors which are arranged up and down, the detection range of the intelligent door and window can be expanded, and the change of the illumination intensity of sunlight can be detected in time.
