The invention discloses a sunshade door and window, which belongs to the field of doors and windows, and comprises a window frame and glass plates, a venetian blind is mounted in the window frame, the glass plates are arranged on the two sides of the venetian blind and mounted in the window frame, and two groups of first permanent magnet plates are slidably arranged on the inner wall of the window frame; wherein one group of the first permanent magnet plates is connected with a pull wire for controlling lifting of the shutter blind, the other group of the first permanent magnet plates is connected with a pull wire for controlling opening and closing angles of the shutter blind, and a second permanent magnet plate is slidably connected to the position, close to the left side, of the front surface of the window frame. The temperature of the window frame can be changed according to different illumination intensities, so that the expansion degree of ammonia gas is controlled, the first sliding block is controlled to slide up and down according to different illumination intensities through the expansion degree of the ammonia gas, then the first sliding block drives the blades of the venetian blind to conduct angle adjustment, and therefore indoor light is automatically adjusted.
