The embodiment of the invention provides an air self-circulation unpowered heating device and a roadbed thereof, and relates to the technical field of seasonal frozen soil area engineering construction. The air self-circulation unpowered heating device comprises a heat collection header, a solar heat absorption box and a heat concentration pipe, wherein the heat collection header is used for being installed outside the roadbed; one end of the solar heat absorption box is inserted into the heat collection header; the solar heat absorption box is used for absorbing solar energy and transferring heat to the heat collection header; the heat concentration pipe comprises a heat absorption section and a heat releasing section which are communicated with each other; the heat absorption section is inserted into the heat collection header; the heat releasing section is used for being inserted into the roadbed; the heat absorption section is used for absorbing heat of the heat collection header and transferring the heat to the heat releasing section; and the heat releasing section is used for heating the roadbed. According to the device, solar energy resources can be utilized, and balanced and flat heating of the roadbed is achieved through flat heating of a ground temperature field of the roadbed and key regulation and control over the parts, prone to frost heaving, of the roadbed, so that engineering diseases such as frost heaving and uneven fluctuation of the roadbed in the seasonal frozen soil area are effectively avoided.
