The invention discloses a trackless intelligent portal crane and a working method thereof. The trackless intelligent portal crane comprises a cross beam, supporting frames are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the cross beam, a hoister is arranged at the bottom of the cross beam, a ground beam frame is fixedly connected to the bottoms of the supporting frames, a driving wheel is arranged on one side of the inner wall of the ground beam frame, and a steering wheel is arranged on the other side of the inner wall of the ground beam frame; and an electric control box is fixedly connected to the top of the ground beam frame, and sweeping assemblies are arranged in the ground beam frame and located on one side of the steering wheel and one side of the driving wheel, through cams on long shafts, sliding rods and jacking force springs, wherein the sliding rods and the jacking force springs are arranged between first fixing sleeves and second fixing sleeves, sweeping discs can be ascended and descended, meanwhile, power shafts on rotating motors are connected with the sweeping discs through mounting assemblies, then the ground where the steering wheel and the driving wheel need to walk can be swept, and the structure prevents the wheels from being damaged by impurities on the ground to a certain extent.
本发明公开了一种无轨智能门式起重机及其工作方法,包括横梁,所述横梁底部的左、右两侧对称设置有支撑架,所述支撑架的底部设置有提升机,所述支撑架底部固定连接有地梁架,所述地梁架内壁的一侧设置有驱动轮,所述地梁架内壁的另一侧设置有转向轮,所述地梁架的顶部固定连接电控箱,通过在地梁架的内部且位于转向轮和驱动轮的一侧设置清扫组件,配合长轴上的凸轮和第一固定套与第二固定套之间的滑动杆和顶力弹簧,能够对清扫盘进行升降,同时利用安装组件将转动电机上的动力轴和清扫盘进行连接,进而能够对转向轮和驱动轮需要行走的地面进行清扫,此结构一定程度的避免了地面上的杂质对车轮造成伤害。
