Recycled concrete composite self-heat-preservation building block as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a recycled concrete composite self-heat-preservation building block as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The recycled concrete composite self-heat-preservation building block is of a sandwich structure which is formed by sequentially piling recycled concrete hollow blocks and a heat-preservation core material in a volume ratio of (3: 1)-(4: 1), the recycled concrete hollow block comprises the following components in parts by weight: 350-450 parts of cement; 50 to 100 parts of an admixture; 1200 to 1500 parts of coarse aggregate; 400 to 700 parts of fine aggregate; 2-6 parts of an efficient water reducing agent; 0.3 to 0.8 part of an activating agent; 0.1 to 0.3 part of an air entraining agent; and 200 to 300 parts of water. According to the invention, ground waste red brick powder or concrete powder is used as a recycled admixture, crushed recycled concrete is used as recycled aggregate, sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfate dihydrate are used as activators, dune sand is doped into fine aggregate, and the utilization rate of recycled raw materials of the prepared recycled concrete composite self-insulation building block is more than 60%; and the material has the characteristics of good fluidity, high mechanical strength and good thermal insulation, and the preparation method is simple and suitable for industrial production.
本发明涉及一种再生混凝土复合自保温砌块及其制备方法和应用,所述再生混凝土复合自保温砌块为由体积比为3:1~4:1的再生混凝土空心块和保温芯材依次堆砌而成的夹心结构;所述再生混凝土空心块按照重量份数计包括以下组分:水泥350‑450份;掺合料50‑100份;粗骨料1200‑1500份;细骨料400‑700份;高效减水剂2‑6份;活化剂0.3‑0.8份;引气剂0.1‑0.3份;水200‑300份。本发明利用研磨后的废弃红砖粉或混凝土粉作为再生掺合料,粉碎的再生混凝土作为再生骨料,利用氢氧化纳与二水硫酸纳作为活化剂,细骨料中掺入了沙丘砂,制备的再生混凝土复合自保温砌块其再生原料利用率60%以上,且具有流动性好,力学强度高,保温隔热好的特点,其制作方法简单,适用于工业化生产。
