Ceramic/ceramic bulletproof material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a ceramic/ceramic bulletproof material, which comprises the following steps: (1) weaving silicon carbide ceramic fibers to obtain a plain weave fabric; (2) sewing 20-60 layers of plain weave fabrics obtained in the step (1) to obtain a prefabricated part; (3) mixing the prefabricated member obtained in the step (2) with ceramic resin, and dipping to obtain a precursor; (4) sintering the precursor obtained in the step (3) to obtain a complex; (5) sequentially repeating the step (3) and the step (4) on the complex obtained in the step (4) for at least five times to obtain a densified complex; and (6) carrying out heat treatment on the densified complex obtained in the step (5) to obtain the ceramic/ceramic bulletproof material. The plain weave fabric is combined with the sewing technology, so that the overall performance of the prefabricated part is greatly enhanced, the fabric compactness is improved, fiber gaps are reduced, sintering and heat treatment densification are facilitated, and the bulletproof performance is improved.
本发明提供了一种陶/陶防弹材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将碳化硅陶瓷纤维进行机织,得到平纹织物;(2)将20~60层所述步骤(1)得到的平纹织物进行缝合处理,得到预制件;(3)将所述步骤(2)得到的预制件与陶瓷树脂混合,进行浸渍,得到前驱体;(4)将所述步骤(3)得到的前驱体进行烧结,得到复合体;(5)将所述步骤(4)得到的复合体依次重复步骤(3)和(4)至少五次,得到致密化复合体;(6)将所述步骤(5)得到的致密化复合体进行热处理,得到陶/陶防弹材料。本发明采用平纹织物结合缝合技术,使预制件整体性能大大增强,不仅提高了织物紧密度,减小纤维间隙,还有利于烧结和热处理增密,提高防弹性能。
