Bulletproof ceramic composite material
The invention discloses a bulletproof ceramic composite material which comprises a ceramic matrix and an organic elastomer, and the organic elastomer is a polyurea elastomer; the ceramic matrix is composed of boron carbide, titanium oxide, aluminum oxide and silicon carbide whiskers. After the ceramic matrix is impacted by a bullet, the bulletproof material deforms and breaks to absorb kinetic energy of the bullet, and meanwhile, the polyurea elastomer consumes the kinetic energy of the bullet through the modes of tensile deformation, breakage and the like of the material. The ceramic-based composite material provided by the invention has relatively good strength and toughness and relatively good bulletproof performance.
本发明公开了一种防弹陶瓷复合材料,包括陶瓷基体和有机弹性体,所述的有机弹性体为聚脲弹性体;所述的陶瓷基体由碳化硼、氧化钛、氧化铝、碳化硅晶须组成。本发明的陶瓷基体受到子弹的冲击后,防弹材料自身形变、碎裂吸收子弹的动能,同时聚脲弹性体通过材料的拉伸变形、断裂等方式消耗弹头的动能。本发明所提供的陶瓷基复合材料具有较好的强度和韧性,具有较好的防弹性能。
