Novel ceramic material and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a novel ceramic material and a manufacturing method thereof. The novel ceramic material comprises a ceramic layer, and the surface of the ceramic layer is coated with a composite coating; the ceramic layer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 65%-75% of kaolin, 15%-20% of quartz sand, 8%-10% of titanium dioxide, 2%-5% of a foaming agent and 60%-80% of water; the composite coating is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 55%-60% of kaolin, 12%-19% of silicon carbide, 10%-15% of wollastonite, 5%-10% of titanium dioxide, 3%-6% of quartz sand, 5%-8% of lithopone and 70%-90% of water. The novel ceramic material prepared from the raw materials is not easy to break, high in fire resistance and wear resistance, light in weight, high in firing yield and stable in performance; and when the novel ceramic material is applied to the health-preserving cooking ceramic pot and the health-preserving teakettle, very good cold and heat gathering performance and energy storage performance can be obtained.
本发明公开了一种新型陶瓷材料及其制造方法,包括陶瓷层,在所述陶瓷层的表面涂覆有复合涂层;陶瓷层的制造原料包括:重量百分比为65%‑75%的高岭土、重量百分比为15%‑20%的石英砂、重量百分比为8%‑10%的钛白粉、重量百分比为2%‑5%的发泡剂、重量百分比为60%‑80%的水;复合涂层的制造原料包括:重量百分比为55%‑60%的高岭土、重量百分比为12%‑19%的碳化硅、重量百分比为10%‑15%的硅灰石、重量百分比为5%‑10%的钛白粉、重量百分比为3%‑6%的石英砂、重量百分比为5%‑8%的立德粉、重量百分比为70%‑90%的水。采用上述原料制成的新型陶瓷材料,不仅不易破碎,且耐火耐磨度高、重量轻,同时烧制的成品率高,性能稳定;将新型陶瓷材料应用到养生炒菜陶瓷锅、养生烧水壶,均可取得非常好的聚冷聚热性和储能性。
